Item Availability

All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items that we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours, and those that are not in stock, within 7-10 days. If an item is not available, the customer is notified by email and the item is removed from the order.

Price

All prices indicated onwww.livom.ca website are in Canadian dollars. The shipping charges and applicable taxes are not included. The price for each product is the one that is posted on the website at the time of purchase. Livøm reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of items shown on the website.

Taxes

Sales taxes are calculated based on the province where the order will be shipped. In Quebec, for instance, the added taxes are QST (Quebec sales tax) and GST (Federal goods and services tax).

 

Payment

Orders placed on must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). No other method of payment is accepted.
