Clothing Delivery

Clothing delivery is free, anywhere in Canada, with purchases of clothing, decor items and small furniture over $75. As soon as the amount of the same clothing order reaches $75 (before taxes), standard service delivery costs are waived. This promotion applies automatically when you pay for your purchases online. In-store deliveries are free at all times, regardless of the order total.

For clothing orders under $75 (before taxes)

  • You will be charged $9.95 for standard service (3-7 business day delivery).
  • You will be charged $14.95 for express service (2-3 business day delivery).

Home Decor Delivery

Decor item delivery is free, everywhere in Canada, from $75 of purchase of clothing and decor items. As soon as the amount of the same decorative items order reaches $75 (before taxes), standard service delivery costs are waived. This promotion applies automatically when you pay for your purchases online. Certain conditions apply.

Furniture Home Delivery

The furniture is sent by our delivery partner and is delivered separately.

Shipping cost
All furniture orders (including decorative accessories) are subject to a $95 delivery charge, within areas served by our delivery partner. The shipment will be made in a single delivery. 

It is possible to add delivery inside your home for an additional charge of $75.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.

Decor and/or furniture orders 

You will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to track your package in real time after it has been processed.

The delivery times and conditions of our partners are beyond our control. They are at the discretion of our partners and can be modified at any time.

Free pick up in store

You can order clothes and decorative items in store if they are not in stock and pick them up in one of our stores.

This saves you shipping costs. We will notify you by phone upon receipt of your order in store. To collect your purchases, you must present your invoice and an identity document.

The furniture is only shipped via our delivery partner, directly to your home, depending on the regions served by our partner. Delivery conditions and charges apply.

Furniture Delivery Policy outside from your home

All furniture orders are placed in the entrance hall of your residence. For two-storey buildings, they are deposited at the step of the stairs or elevators of the ground floor of the delivery address.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in areas served by our delivery partner.
  • We will contact you when Customer Service has been notified of the next delivery date in your area. 
  • Our delivery partners are not permitted to climb stairs in residential buildings.
  • Our delivery partners are not responsible for delays caused by weather and traffic.
  • Make sure that passageways are free, safe, cleared of snow and de-iced.
  • An adult must be on site and show ID to our delivery partner.
  • A signature is required on the delivery slip.

Furniture Delivery Policy inside from your home

If you select this delivery method upon purchase, all furniture orders will be dropped off at the immediate entrance of your residence.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the regions served by our delivery partner.
  • We will contact you when Customer Service has been notified of the next delivery date in your area. 
  • For security reasons, our delivery partners are not allowed to remove their work gear (including shoes and boots) when entering your home. 
  • Our delivery partners are not responsible for delays caused by weather and traffic.
  • Make sure that passageways are free, safe, cleared of snow and de-iced. We recommend that you ensure that the space is prepared to receive the items to avoid any complications. 
  • It is at Livom's discretion to refuse delivery to the immediate entrance of your residence if deemed unsafe and/or non-compliant for our delivery partners.
  • An adult must be on site and show ID to our delivery partner.
  • A signature is required on the delivery slip.


Procedures upon delivery

  • The customer is responsible for reserving a safe parking and unloading space for our delivery partners, within 100 feet or 30 meters of the main door of the residence.
  • In the case of delivery tooutside from your home, our delivery partners are responsible for transporting your order to your doorstep. In the case of a multi-storey building, the order is placed at the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor of the civic address.
  • In the case of delivery tointerior from your home, our delivery partners are responsible for transporting your order to the immediate entrance of your residence.
  • Our delivery partners will give you a copy of your delivery note.
  • Our delivery partners do not assemble the goods, and are not authorized to handle your old goods.
  • Make sure you have all the items ordered.


Important

  • Our delivery partner is not authorized to assemble your goods, take back your goods or handle any object on your property, or accept any form of compensation.
  • Freight Associates cannot finalize billing or charge you additional fees.


Additional delivery costs by the carrier

  • If you are not present during delivery, you will be charged a fee of $95 + tax. These costs cannot be refunded.
  • So that delivery can be made, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the passageways are free, safe, cleared of snow and de-iced.
  • If the delivery of the order is deemed to be non-compliant (i.e. weight, distance to be covered, quantity of items or any other difficulty), additional charges may be required. in order to make the delivery inside.
  • If our Customer Service team needs to reschedule a delivery date because the scheduled delivery could not be made, a non-refundable fee of $95 + tax will be charged.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (Including the additional charge of $75 + taxes to have it delivered inside your home).

Areas served for furniture deliveries

The furniture is exclusively delivered by our delivery partners. The areas served are: the province of Quebec, the Maritime provinces, the province of Newfoundland and Labardor as well as the major urban centers of Ontario (Central, East, Southwest, Golden Horseshoe).

N.B. You fell in love with our furniture, but we do not offer delivery in your province (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)? No problem ! Contact our customer service team to find out what options are available to you.

Waiting time during delivery

Our delivery partner is allowed to wait a maximum of 15 minutes. During this time, the customer service team will attempt to contact you by telephone. If the delivery attempt fails, the order will automatically be returned to our distribution center. Our customer service will contact you to schedule a new delivery.

Product Verification

Product Verification
When receiving your order, make sure you have received all the items indicated on the delivery note.

If you receive a damaged box or if an item is missing from those indicated on your order form, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier. Be sure to indicate this on the delivery note (driver's copy) and contact our customer service immediately.

As soon as you receive your furniture, check that all the parts are included and correspond to the quantities mentioned in the assembly manual.

Unpacking
Open boxes and unpack furniture carefully and thoroughly.
Make sure not to damage the packaging. The original packaging, in good condition, is required in the event of return of goods.

  • Upon delivery of the goods, please immediately inspect your order to check its condition.
  • You have 24 hours to contact our customer service if you notice that a part is missing according to the assembly manual.
  • You have 2 business days to notify us if you notice a defect.

Product availability

The products offered on the LIVØM website are usually in stock and available in store. It may happen that due to high demand, products are out of stock. The stocks indicated on the website reflect the last update. LIVØM is not responsible for stock shortages associated with updates. When sending, out of order items will not be sent. In this case, we undertake to reimburse the product(s) in question according to our reimbursement methods.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete Canadian delivery address when filling out the delivery address fields. If the package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be canceled and the delivery costs will not be refundable. If the order was shipped free of charge, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as delivery costs.

Practical tips for furniture

Before purchasing a piece of furniture, consult the product dimensions sheet. The sheet is on the product page. The dimensions displayed are presented as follows: width x depth x height, in centimeters and inches.

After taking the measurements of the room, make sure that the furniture can be assembled and used in the space provided. Also, don't forget to measure the spaces where the boxes will have to pass: doorways, hallways and stairs. Consult the product packaging dimensions sheet online. Here are some suggestions for you:

 

  • Free up the space and identify the place the piece of furniture will occupy in the room.
  • Measure the width and height of spaces, doorways, rooms and hallways by checking the angles of the walls.
